How often should I clean the litter tray?

Remove urine clumps and faeces at least daily. Empty and wash the tray regularly using mild, cat-safe products, with the frequency depending on the litter type and number of cats.

  • Top up litter to maintain a usable depth.
  • Replace scratched or damaged trays that hold odour.
